- What happens after I place my order?
- All our products are made to order. Once we have received your order, we will create your personalised bouquet and dispatch on the same day
- Is delivery included?
- Yes, we cover the full cost of delivery to the UK mainland. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been despatched.
- When will my gift bouquet arrive?
- If you place your order before 3pm, it will arrive within 2 working days of your purchase.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Do the chocolate bouquets come with a personalised framed print?
- Yes, our Personalised Photo Bouquet Gifts come with a framed print that contains your photo and message
- How is the personalised art made?
- Our personalised photos are created in our studio printed on high quality, photographic material.
- Can I return the gift?
- Yes, our gifts can be returned for a full refund within 28 days. It must be in the original box with all of the contents intact.
- I have a food allergy. Do you provide allergen information?
- Our chocolates are sourced direct from the manufacturers and allergen information is provided on the packaging
