1. How will I know if you’ve received my order?
    • You will receive an order confirmation by email. Let us know if you have not received a confirmation after payment.
  2. What happens after I place my order?
    • All our products are made to order. Once we have received your order, we will create your personalised bouquet and dispatch on the same day
  3. Is delivery included?
    • Yes, we cover the full cost of delivery to the UK mainland. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been despatched.
  4. When will my gift bouquet arrive?
    • If you place your order before 3pm, it will arrive within 2 working days of your purchase.
  5. What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  6. Do the chocolate bouquets come with a personalised framed print?
    • Yes, our Personalised Photo Bouquet Gifts come with a framed print that contains your photo and message
  7. How is the personalised art made?
    • Our personalised photos are created in our studio printed on high quality, photographic material.  
  8. Can I return the gift?
    • Yes, our gifts can be returned for a full refund within 28 days. It must be in the original box with all of the contents intact.
  9. I have a food allergy. Do you provide allergen information?
    • Our chocolates are sourced direct from the manufacturers and allergen information is provided on the packaging
  10. My gift hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
